4 x R-Class are with the East Africa fleet.

9 x L-II, 6 x L-III, 9 x O-Class and 5 x P-Class are in the Mediterranean stationed within 24 hours of major Italian ports.

All others are in home waters, the Pacific or in port.

Destroyers

30 x R-Class destroyers are patrolling in pairs in the eastern and western Mediterranean.

Approx. 25 x destroyers are in the Pacific or in port .
