Royal Italian Navy
Almost all of the Italian Navy is in port.
The four battleships are undergoing major upgrades.
The three Trento-class heavy cruisers are the 3rd Cruiser Division at Taranto.
The heavy cruisers Zara and Fiume are at La Spezia with light cruisers and destroyers.
The heavy cruisers Pola and Gorizia are at La Maddalena, Sardinia with light cruisers and destroyers.
There are squadrons consisting of a light cruiser with a couple of destroyers located at Pola, Tripoli, Benghasi, Tobruk and Rhodes.
