The news from Piedmont and Trieste is bad but the latest from Libya is devastating. The situation in East Africa is also discouraging. In fact there is no good news, not even from Bern in Switzerland. Some prominent members of Mussolini's government have turned against him. With several of his colleagues close to revolt, Mussolini has been forced to summon the Grand Council of Fascism tomorrow.
